The house is a 3BR & 3 bath chalet w/ laundry room, your furnished Queen Size BR & TV w/VCR & DVD player, bath w/shower & recreation room w/ Cable TV & pool table on first level. Second floor level has living room w/ cable TV & entertainment center, Kitchen-Dining Room Combo, Full Bath & BR (which is used every other weekend by his children on visitation). 3rd level has our BR & loft w/cable TV & computer w/ internet access for your use after a brief "get-to-know you" period. Trash removal & snow plowing in winter provided. Kitchen, laundry & phone priviledges along w/ shared responsibility for keeping common areas clean are expected.
