44' Vacationaire trailer with two tip-outs, furnished. $7000 or best offer. Perfect for a summer camp! Dining area in front with table and chairs, kitchen includes DW, stove, refrigerator, microwave, new flooring. Carpeted living room (tip-out)with sliding patio door, two new lazy-boy recliners, tv, bath with shower, bedroom in back (second tip-out) with queen bed, dresser, big closets. Tons of storage throughout (some added). Air conditioner nearly new. 1995 unit, bought by my parents in 2004 who made many upgrades (kitchen stove, sink, flooring, airconditioner, mattress all replaced in last couple of years). Set up for them, but originally had a hide-a-bed couch in LR, and bedroom is big enough to sleep more than two if reconfigured. Currently in a campground, but must be moved.
